1. The service
Intelligence ("the Service") is a market-intelligence platform operated by StyleUpp s.r.o. (Czech Republic). The Service organizes US federal contract awards, regulatory disclosures, and macro signals into feeds, scores, and predictions delivered via web dashboard, API, and webhooks.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Signals, predictions, and AI-generated summaries are research outputs only. You alone are responsible for trading and investment decisions. Past performance — backtests, IC scores, similarity returns — does not guarantee future results.
3. Subscriptions + billing
- Monthly subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from
/app/billing; access continues to the end of the current period. - Refunds: prorated refund only for unused days when your country's consumer-protection law mandates one. Otherwise, no refunds.
- Price changes: we'll email you 30 days in advance.
- Tax: prices shown exclude VAT; we collect VAT where required.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for lawful research, internal analytics, and integrating into your own products (Developer plan and above). You may NOT:
- Resell, sublicense, or republish raw API data without a written agreement.
- Reverse-engineer the scoring or prediction engines.
- Probe, scan, or DOS the API or dashboard.
- Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity (insider trading, sanctions evasion, etc.).
5. Rate limits + fair use
Each plan publishes per-minute rate limits at /docs/rate-limits. Sustained abuse may result in temporary throttling or suspension. We'll always email you before suspending a paid account.
6. Your content + IP
You own anything you create (watchlists, webhook configs). We claim no rights to it. We retain all rights to the platform code, the underlying scoring/prediction models, and aggregated/derivative analytics.
7. Warranties + liability
The Service is provided as-is, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
You may terminate any time by deleting your account. We may terminate for cause (TOS violation, non-payment) with notice; you'll receive a prorated refund of the unused period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes go to the courts of Prague.
